The time after a race is VERY important to minimize your risk of injury and absorb your gains from all the hard work you put in. Let’s ease back into it before starting an Endurance Run Plan for your next race.

Absorb the gains of your race!
Return to running plans are designed for athletes who are pain free and cleared to return to running. All programs are structured to gradually increase the amount of time you are running from week to week.
Strength Training
Build Running Strength
Strength training programs are designed for runners in their off season, ideally, before they start a What Runs You Start Line Base Building or Road / Trail Endurance Run Plan. They are comprehensive programs to increase strength.

Training Commitment
Timeboxed
All plans are considered time boxed with an access window equal to the length of the plan + one week of buffer room. Think of this as “pay as you go” and training independently with a weekly team call for Coaching questions and support.
Premium Training
On-going subscription for athletes interested in longer term training and working with Coach Alysha more closely. Choose any start line plan at any time and attend 2 additional small group coaching circles per week. Connect with other premium athletes in a daily chat to achieve your running goals!
