This plan is for the runner who wants to peak out at about 30 miles per week. The first few weeks will be in the 25 miles per week range and then average right about 40 miles per week for the rest. Pkan starts at 5 days per week, then moves up to 6 days per week. Each week will have 2 harder workouts or one hard workout with a weekend long run.
